We got a great outcome on the sale, and a big part of that was Pamella. Going into this as a first-time seller, I was honestly stressed about pricing the home right because I didn't want to leave money on the table or sit on the market too long. Pamella really listened to my concerns and brought in the right people to help us work through it, which took a lot of pressure off. She was quick to get back to me whenever I had questions, and she seemed to spot potential issues before they became actual problems. I'd tell anyone selling their home to work with her without hesitation.

Sarah did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. She was able to work with us while we were half a country away! Fast to respond to messages, able to answer questions in a timely fashion and an all around pleasure to work with. Sarah was able to Skype with us to help us do a walk-through and was able to help us close even though we weren't able to fly in to the state. You seriously can't go wrong with Sarah. She will make sure you get what you are looking for!

Pamella was wonderful in the process of buying our new home & selling our old one. She was always easy to reach & made us feel like we were always her number one priority although I'm sure she's very busy. Her responsiveness to questions and setting up showings for us was second to none. She is very sweet-natured and not pushy which is what I prefer when it comes to buying/selling property. Intuitive, energetic, creative and smart are dead on descriptors of Pam and Sherri. I listed my home with them in West Knoxville. Their marketing plan and photos of my home were superb in every aspect. Our first open house was conducted in a down pour and there were over 70 buyers in attendance. We had multiple offers and sold my home for full asking price in FOUR days! If you want to sell your home quickly, deal with pros who do not add any drama to the sales process run, don't walk, to these two pros.

Sherri was as the best realtor I could imagine having. She searched tirelessly for the right house for my wife and I and was constantly available to show us houses and answer questions. I couldn't imagine having arealtor that was more accessible or communicated so clearly. My husband and I recently found that we had to leave our home in Chattanooga to move to the Knoxville area for work. We knew we would be moving around the end of 2017 and we waited until almost the last minute but Pamella was fantastic in working with us to find the home that we love! She showed us homes that had just about everything that we were looking for. We settled on the first home that she took us too and we are very happy. She is extremely responsive any time that we had questions. She was great with negotiations and I found that we have a lot of the same personality quirks. She even told me that she didn't care of she started to annoy the builder, she wanted to make sure that everything was being taken care of for us. She delivered!!! There is a reason why this group has a 5 star rating. I have actually suggested the group to a friend that already lives in the Knoxville area. Thank you Pamella for all you did! Sherri listened to what I was looking for and also advised me to keep an open mind to other possibilities ... she found a house that was listed at 10:30 pm and she sent me the link .. it wasn't the style of house I had been looking for but she insisted I go and at least take a look... we walked into the house less than 12 hours after it was listed and as soon as we walked into the living room, I told her I wanted the house... she got me pre-approved with an outstanding lender and we submitted an offer the next morning.. 24 hours later we signed a contract and I knew I had found THE house... my year long house search was over and I would probably still be looking if she hadn't pushed me to go!! I've already recommended Sherri to several friends that will soon be relocating from the west coast and she has already made contact with several of them..!!!
